I’ll assist you in developing a budget, help pick out vendors as well as a venue, and take care of the day’s timeline so you won’t have to worry about a thing except showing up. SERVICES PACKAGES
Perfectly Planned
This wedding planning package is perfect for the bride and groom who already have all of the planning taken care of. All that you need is a helping hand on the day of your wedding for your ceremony and reception. We offer coordination services for the day of your wedding, so that you can relax and enjoy your special day.
This package includes:
A wedding coordinator to assist with planning, the rehearsal and wedding day (1) Wedding Coordinator Total
Two planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details (2hrs total). Wedding planning appointments will begin starting at 4 months out of wedding date
One walk through at venue
Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors
Up to two hours of communication via phone or email
Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
One hour for the rehearsal and up to 10 hours on the wedding day
Coordination of all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.
Supervision of venue setup for ceremony (flowers, tables, aisle runner, etc.) and reception (flowers, cake table, catering, staff)
Wedding items placement/setup (unity candle, wedding programs, place cards, favors, guestbook, gift box, cake topper, cake cutting set, sparklers etc)
Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning
Keep wedding party and families stress free within reason
Take care of any last minute details​
Price begins at $850
Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, and if the ceremony and reception are at two different locations. Our wedding coordination minimum is $850 for any Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Email us to inquire about promotions/discounts.

ELAINE ATTENDED FASHION INSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY, (FIT) NEW YORK CITY ALSO STUDIED FLORAL ARRANGING AND DESIGN. THEN MOVED TO FLORIDA WERE SHE ATTENDED BROWARD COLLEGE FOR WEDDING, PLANNING AND EVENT, AND ATTENDED A SIX WEEK CLASS FOR FLORAL ARRANGING WITH MICHAEL GAFFNEY.
